Be Here Now.

Unfortunately, or not Me be a product of me times, me culture, experiences and me sexual orientation. So are you.
The things we like and dislike, respond both positively or negatively are programmed into us right from the very start.
Me knows that there be different layers to the programming and some of the stuff can be changed, but that often takes a lot of effort and most folks either don't feel the need to make such herculean strides or they don't have the time for such introspection.

This may sound silly to you, but Me gets a lot if inspiration from fictional characters. Me actually once made a list of the ones me likes the most.

These days me thinking about personal worth and values. Me thoughts be a rocky field when they ought to be a well cultivated zen garden. At times like this Me often turns to super heroes to find out ifffin there be a way out of the maze of confusion.
Me looks to The Silver Surfer.
He problem be of Gordian proportions and that helps me to see mine as rather less important in the cosmic scheme of things.
He, like the Monster Scary, has to look at things from both sides of the problem and make he choice from the ethics of he soul.
How, when faced with personal crisis, be one able to look at things from the adversaries point of view?
Nobody actually feels that they be getting what they deserve in life. The recognition we receive for the work we do just never seems to be adequate, so how do we continue to put forth our best when the best we give is taken for granted.
Me always feels like me is being selfish when Me wants me needs fulfilled or me asks someone to to do something for me.
Me would rather give them time to grow and understand rather than get upset and become demanding.
This way their actions come from the heart not some sense of obligation or threat.
Me still hopeful.
Possibly Me be naive.
Mebbe Me needs to STOMP a little more often.
Or it could be that me just needs to look a little bit more into meself.

What would the Surfer do?

Me no quite Pippi Longstocking...yet.

Saw the Silver Surfer today at the local cinema. Most aesthetically pleasing , all that silver.

As to you: Are you really me? That sounds a whole great big lot like a post I'd have written.

Except for the superhero business.

But seriously. Wow. I hear you.
