Heads or tails....
It be the same coin.
Me enjoys me time online.
Taking the time to gather me thoughts and put them into words be fun.
The Net was developed to allow free access to information between scientists and thinkers.
Me knows you know this already. Me just doin' me thang, OK?
Things be growing and now we have many millions of people grooving and creating.
But with every barrel, there must come the rotten apples.
Me can understand that there be some who don't agree with me thoughts and there be trolls who will attack the very thoughts and words me writes here.
That not be a problem. That be fencing. That be fun.
Iffin me be foolish enough to post this stuff, me must also have the guts to face the comments that follow.
Me problem be with cowardly attacks.
Faceless, ignorant and underhanded cyber-bullies.
What be the motive to attack those who create.
Where be the motive to assault those who wish to live peacefully.
Me wrestled with this idea over the past month or so, but it weren't until recently that me heard of death threats to a popular blogger.
It's possible that these things can be orchestrated, like reports of the death of Generalissimo Franco (who is still dead), but after reading the posts, Me feels saddened for the writer.
Fun is fun and me enjoys all kinds of twisted humour, but one has to draw the line at death threats and gang mentality.
This thing affects anyone even if they not be "connected".
Students suffer from the gossip and innuendo (an eyetalian suppository) posted on pages where any and all can "anonymously" post anything they want.
This kind of thing has lead to rather unfortunate happenings.
It doesn't really matter if you truly intend to carry out the things you say. What matters is that you said them in the first place.
Sticks and stones may break your bones, but words can hurt forever.
Iffin someone has a problem with me, Me wants them to stand up to me face and look me in the eye before they tell me they gonna clean me clock.
Then we can go outside and work things out from there.
Me no like yellow bellied back stabbers.

This is sad and frightening...
There is a way to track some things- and I have a tracker on both of my blogs.
I've not been threatened- and I'm not sure how I would deal with that.
There are lots of ugly things out in the world- but so far- goodness seems to be greater...at least I hope so!
Me agrees. Good still outweighs bad, but the evil ones fight dirty.
The lady who be threatened took down her blog. Damn shame.
