Lead a horse to water.
Time and time again one encounters situations that you'd rather walk away from to avoid confrontation and the possibility of hurt feelings.
Me is facing such a predicament and tomorrow
Me must reprimand another human being for not living up to their own potential.
If this was a child Me would have no problems sitting down to explain the ways in which people think and the kinds of things they expect from a fully functional adult.
This time, Me has to see to it that a grown up face up to their responsibilities.
Problem is that most people don't think that they are doing anything wrong (Meself included) and when the powwow begins, I know that Me will be the object of extreme rancor and disgust.
In the past Me handled such idiocy with a physical response that left no room for dignity nor efficacious improvement in behaviour.
These days me is trying to do some growing meself.
Becoming a whole person is a pretty tough job.
Ever try to push a strand of cooked spaghetti across the floor?

I haven't tried pushing a strand of spaghetti across the floor, but I am willing to try it. Cool blog. I am glad that you dropped by mine
I'm sure you'll be able to handle things well, Scary M. You seem to be a person of great insight and unusual erudition.
Hey Scary Monster!
Me hope all is well.
Have you heard of Graham Roumieu? He has written/illustrated some funny stuff on Bigfoot...("In Me Own Words" and "Me Write Book")...Check them out if you're interested...Me Write Book is a masterpiece in my opinion...
It always sucks having to teach adults how to behave...and to have to clean up after them...Good luck with that...
Take care out there!
Your Pal,
Zambo.
Grunt: It is an awesome lesson in futility. Me actually attempts it every now and again.
NYD: Tanx bud. If Me don't me can always STOMP.
Zambo:Me will check the man out forthwith.
